Which MassCore Level should I choose?

We recommend getting all MassCore levels to take full advantage of monkii 360. If you must choose: Level 2 - The lightest option. It’s the right choice if you are unsure about which MassCore to choose and/or are just starting your journey to wildness. This level pairs well with the Cardio training program.
Level 3 - The perfect option if you consider yourself decently wild and stay relatively active. If you plan to choose Hybrid as your A.T.F. then Level 3 would be a good match.
Level 4 - The heaviest option for non-tactical backers. Choose this if you feel confident in your physical abilities and want the option to make your workout incredibly difficult. If you plan to choose Core as your A.T.F. then strongly consider selecting Level 4.
Level 5 (Tactical) - The extreme level. It will be hard. Tactical Backers signed up for this by default. Other backers have the option to add this level as an add-on. It’s a painfully perfect fit with the Tactical Training.

Wait, I don't get all the training?
EVERYONE will get the 21-Day Habit, OG monkii workouts, and 36-Day Commitment for monkii 360. These are the “base programs.” The Advanced Training Focus is exactly that - an advanced program that is highly focused. That’s why we have you choose 1 of 3. Tactical is in a league of its own - as always.

Does the barefoot mat have a non-slip surface? Can you use it on carpets?
Yes, the barefoot mat has a non-slip surface on the top and bottom. You can use it on carpets, hardwood floors, concrete and most other common home surfaces.

I ordered the Tactical Bundle and understand that I get the following DynaForce bungees: 15, 25, 40, 45, 50. How can I add the 20, 30 and 35 pound bungees? What about the other Advanced Training Programs?
Unfortunately those bungees came bundled into the Core, Cardio and Hybrid packages. So in order to get them you’ll need to add-on those upgrades. This will result in you having duplicates of some bungees. However, we made a special add-on for Tactical Backers that allows you to add-on the training program ONLY.

Why is shipping so expensive?
For add-ons we are charging the actual shipping cost that is calculated based on the weight of your addons. There is no markup or profit for us! Due to the weight of MassCore and other products, it’s possible that shipping costs for international backers can get expensive. We apologize to our international backers and truly wish there was a more affordable shipping option that we could use.

Are customs fees included with my shipping fee?
No. The shipping cost covers any packaging and the actual transport cost but customs/VAT/import fees are not included and you should plan on paying them (if your country requires them) when your monkii gear lands in your country. We know they are a bummer! Many countries have online calculators to help figure costs.

Can this be used outside?
monkii 360 can be used anywhere and features a built-in door stop. If you want to use it outside, we recommend getting our Outdoor Anchor Accessory.

When will I get this in my monkii paws?
We expect to begin shipping in March 2020 and for all backers to have received their monkii 360 by the end of May.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
